If a woman pays rent and works in Chicago, can she file a paternity suit in MO? Her mom lives in MO and she will deliver baby in MO. Thank you

Hello. My response is based upon the information that you have posted on this web site.

In my opinion, the paternity suit will be best filed where the father lives. If the father is in Missouri, it's best to file the paternity suit there. There are additional comments and suggestions that I can make.
