Should a women that uses a condom to get pregnant by a married man ask for child support.

I assume you mean that he wore a condom and she still got pregnant. The answer is simple: YES. Should the child born to the parties get to eat food, wear warm clothes in the winter, and go to the doctor? Even when condoms break, the child is not to be punished.
