Work comp claim
My divorce was Nov 2001. In Sept 2002 I was injured on the job and there is a settlement offered. I am not in arrears nor have I ever been. Does she have any claim to this settlement?

Are you paying any child support? That would be the only possible way she'd be entitled to anything. In other words, child support is based on net income and part of the settlement likely would be treated as "net income."
