Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois
Three years ago I submitted a DNA sample in court regarding a paternity case in Illinois. The mother, seeking child support, had not submitted the child's DNA. Now in 2010 I have been served again. I am again requested to submit DNA. I am concerned regarding the original DNA sample. How many samples are allowable? What happens to the original sample? This request comes from a different court in Illinois.

What happened to the original case? If you paid and it was submitted, then they probably ran a test. Move to consolidate the two cases.
