Legal Question in Medical Leave in Illinois

i was covered under fmla and was suspended for not attending a mandatory training class while covered under fmla...can my employer do this?

Assuming your company is required to comply with FMLA, and your situation is covered under FMLA, then I would say your company is in the wrong.
