Legal Question in Medical Leave in Illinois
I am being deployed for the military and my wife has a job that takes her away for about 4 days out of the week. We have a new born son that is 10 months old. We have nobody that can watch him for an entire week until she gets back from her job. Does my wife qualify for FMLA? Because we need her home to watch our son.
