Family Medical Leave Act

Was diagosed w/ IBS, deprression and anxiety. When I asked for time off to regulate my medication and rest, I was fired for ''poor performace'' 3 wks after receiving a 4% merit increase and $500 bonus. I was told to take of f by co. EAP and was not offered FLMA
