Legal Question in Medical Leave in Illinois
fmla elegibility not married
I live with my daughters father have been for 17 years and he had an accident that left him unable to take of himself and partially paralized. Even though we are not legally married but in the same house hold for 17 yrs. am I eligible for the 12 weeks FMLA ?
