fmla
my employer's medical department contacted my doctor without my permission asked what parts of the fmla form did he fill out? the doctor spoke with this person without my permission. can they do this?

Usually no. Under the regulations for the FMLA an employer's medical representative can, with the employee's permission, contact the doctor to determine the validity of the release.
