FMLA- pregnancy
My wife is employed at a place with only 20 employees and is pregnant. Is she eligible for FMLA?

Having less than 50 employees means that the FMLA does not apply to the employer. However, the FMLA is a federal law and your wife may be entitled to protected leave time under state law. You should consult with an experienced labor and employment attorney in your state to determine if state law provides any additional rights.
