Legal Question in Medical Leave in Illinois

Maternity leave and vacations

I realize the maternity leave is up to 12 unpaid weeks. I also accrued 4 weeks of paid vacation. I want to stay at home as long as I can especially when I am expecting twins. Would that mean that I would be able to stay at home for total of 16 weeks? (12 unpaid + 4 paid) or my employer can force me to use my 4 paid weeks toward my maternity??????? Additionally am I entilted to longer leave due to multiple birth?
