30 days ago, my brother in law signed a bill of sale to buy my car, he gave it back to me, because it was my money, i am married to his brother and we are going through a divorce and the brother now wants the car back for my husband and went to the police station to get it, I sold it to pay bills and no longer have the car, did I commit a crime that can land me in jail?
