86 and Robbed By Son
The problem: He's 86 and was sick, his son decided to box all his valuables, and brought it to their home for safe keeping.
Once he regained his health he wanted his things back in his home where they belonged!
The son agreed to return the items.
While unpacking, he noticed that some of the more prized items where missing.
The son claimed he didn't have them.
Arguments ensued.
He persisted to recover his stolen items. The son denied having them.
He called the County Sheriff.
The sheriff said they admitted to having the items but, claim they were given to them by his wife before she died.

father files a civil suit
against his son, this will
be a case for a jury. In
either case, the son should
definitely have legal
representation ( a lawyer is
a must)!!!!!
