Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Illinois

I own an apartment building. One of my tennats moved out but left her sister and 4 children behind. The sister had come for visit. The sister will not move out. Can I physically remove her belongings from the apartment?

If no rent is being paid, eviction is in order. I STRONGLY urge you to go to court and do it the right way. Self-help in these matters is dangerous and can land you in a world of problem.
