Assumption of risk/release of liability forms for IL

I am hiring an individual to mow the lawn. He has no insurance. I want

to protect myself from liability in case he gets hurt. What should I do?

Are there general release of liability forms?

It is possible that you may have then sign a general release from liability and indemnification. Whether or not the release will stand scrutiny in Court is a matter that entirely will depend on the language of the release you have them sign and how the injury occurs--if it does.
