Body Attachment
I found a letter on my desk at home from March of 2009 - stating that a Body Attachment had been issued regarding a car that was destroyed over a year ago. They want me to surrender myself to the court and I'm scared to death.

Apparently, you did not show up to court and that is why there is a body attachment. You need to hire an attorney.
