can a business located in Illinois take your picture while in a drive thru and post it in in their business without knowledge or consent of the customer

If the picture is posted for commercial use--that is it is being used for advertisement, the answer is probably no. If, however, you drove thru the drive thru without paying, and they have your picture and posted it then the answer is perhaps maybe.
