Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Illinois
A car was purchased in my name and the title and all other documents are in my name as well. If someone else paid for the car but the titles is in my name is there anything the other party can do to try and get the car back?

Not unless there is some kind of agreement between the two of you. Generally, whoever's name is on the title of the property owns it no matter who paid for it.
