Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Illinois

i was in a car wreak in 2004 had hired a lawyer and he keeps telling me we cant get in court they are to booked up last week we got into an arguement now he wants to withdraw after 7 years nobody will take case is this possible thnx

Yes- Your lawyer has the right to withdraw from your case at anytime. That you cannot get another attorney is not a reason for him not to withdraw.
