I have a civil case and have a default judgement and its for a car accident and the insurance companys lawyer is stateing that if i dont set up a payment plan within 30 days she will have my licences suspended I am a single mother of 3 and have no income or child support so i can not set up a payment plan I was not driving the vechicale but was my car and not insured at the time I need to know what i can do to drop or get out of debit for the 8000.00 i have been to asset court dates so ive been told i can not file a motion to vacate

You may want to look into filing bankruptcy. That may be an option for you.
You could find some kind of work, even if part time or if the kids' father is alive,get some child support or both and also look to the driver of your car for some help. . Usually, the insurer does not care about the amount as long as there is a plan. The last thing that you want is to be an unemployed mother of three without a driver's license.
