Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Illinois

I have a civil suit judgement against me from 1.5 years ago in CO from a horrible business deal gone bad and the Plaintiff is now coming after me hard core for his money. My husband and I moved to IL a year ago. The judgement is against me; not my husband. Our home has been in his name for 4 years now. The Plaintiff put a hold on our bank account last week and I believe were disappointed to only find a few hundred dollars in the account. I am terrified he is going to come after our home...what should we do to save our home and for me to protect my husband from this horrible mess he was no part of??? Help.
