Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Illinois

death by a spouse

without the before attempts, heres a question?... if a wife lets her husband lay on the floor after a fall knowing and stating that he was not right , also staing he was trying to grab a chair to try to get up ,and lets him lay there needing medical help from 2am till 7 without calling for 911 or anyne to help him , while he is bleeding ,she just went to bed with him on the floor dying, when she awoke at 7am bamm hes dead, sisnt there some sort of legal action that can be done to here? now throw in that she and him had been arguing about the sale of some joint property just before this ,and that she has or will gain from his death . thtrere is so much more side wimds to this as well as documentaion of her stealing and cashing a 40,000 c/d before this and the dead huisband tellinmg his freinds he thought she had tryed to poison him prevailing this? can a wife let her husband who needs medical help just lay on the floor and die with out calling for any and then profit by his death
