Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Illinois
Defendant missed Interogatorries/Discovery deadline
In my small claims case, the defendant's lawyer and I issued 5 Interogatories and 5 Discovery questions with a 28 day deadline. That deadline has now passed and I have not received anything. Should I take any action in the form of a motion before the court? This is the second time the defendant has missed a particular deadline. The first was the initial call before the court. The case was found in default, but the defendant filed a motion to get that overturned.

There is no discovery in small claims cases.
