Disorderly conduct
I have been hit with a DC for swearing at my neighbour about his dog pooping in my yard. If I plead guilty (assuming the fee will be 50-75 $) how bad will this look on my record ? More to the point I will be out of work in 6 months what will employees see?

Why dont you talk with your neighbor and see if he will drop the charges. He doesnt want you out of work, not able to get a job and not being able to keep up your house and yard. The worst that happens is he says no.
