Dispute with HVAC Serviceman

I have a dispute with a HVAC contractor regarding the service provided and the amount charged. He is threatning to damage my property. Should I file a complaint with the police or hire a lawyer to deal with him?

Hire a lawyer and get a restraining order. If the contractor comes on your property, call the police.
