Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Illinois
I entered a contest to win a free front door for my house. A person has taken it upon herself to persuade people to vote against me. See this site for one example of her efforts http://www.oldhouseweb.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=2&p=209982
Do I have any legal means of stopping her or for compensation for the door if I should lose?
