Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Illinois
I entered into a contract with LA Fitness about a month ago. This contract was for 1 year with a personal trainer, four sessions a month at 120.00. I have tried 3 times to work out with my personal trainer. The first time he didn't show. The second time he was late then pawned me off to someone else 20 minutes into the session. Then the third time he told another young man to work out with me and I later found out from him that he wasn't a certified personal trainer. And to add to that, he got my cell phone number out of their system and called me 5 times between 545p and 1011p that night which is completely unacceptable. I have called corporate 4 times now to try to get out of this contract with promises of callbacks, but they are not getting back to me. They are steadily taking this money from my account. What should I do? Do I have a case against them?

Without knowing what your contract states, I cannot say for certain whether there had been a violation, although I suspect that there has been.
You did not state what remedy you want. Regardless, I think your best bet is going to be to have counsel send a letter.
good luck.
