fighting a order of protection
I have an order of protection placed against me from my ex. She has been claiming to weeks of harassment. Do I need to appear in court or can my attorney do so on my behalf? I also live out of state.

Since you have an attorney, you should ask him or her. However, since your attorney can not testify, you probably need to be there.
