Can I file a Motion to Reconsider if my Motion to Recall the Mandate got denied? Thanks.

Generally, you may file a motion to reconsider any court's ruling within 30 days if:

1- you have new evidence that was unavailable to you at the time your motion was heard;

2- if the court has made a mistake of law; or

3- if you have a good faith basis to argue a change in the law

Otherwise, the answer is generally no.
