friend wont pay back money

My friends and I decided to go to a a concert where the tickets were $110.00 each. Since I know some people cannot afforf $110.00 for a concert ticket I offered my friends $80.00 for the tickets. One girl asked for 6 tickets but only paid for only 2 tickets. I had to track her down to get a check for the rest of the tickets but the ticket she gave me BOUNCED. She wont pick up my phone calls because she said she lost her phone, she wont return my emails. What should I do?She still owes me $340.00 and the concert was a month ago. Am I being pushy?

Apparently, not pushy enough. You can sue this person, of course, but bear in mind that costs for filing complaints are in the $150-$200+ range, depending on where you live, whether you want a jury, etc.
