Garnish wages
I recently was awarded a judgement, and now would like to know who I go about garnishing someones wages to collect the funds I was awarded.

Post judgment proceedings are difficult and you need to know what you are doing just as much as in a lawsuit. I suggest that you hire a collection attorney, who most likely will work on a contingent fee arrangement, only getting paid a percentage of what they collect.
