Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Illinois

My ex girlfriend and I are cosignors on loans for 2 vehicles. We have separated since then. Is there a way short of seeking new financing for us to be removed from the loans on our respective vehicles?

Likely not. The financing company will have to agree to remove responsibility from one person and to place it all on another. That usually cannot happen short of re-financing.
