Hot to fill outa motion

I am preparing a motion to stay proceedings and don't know the exact format to follow. Any suggestions?

Get an attorney; I have yet to meet a pro se litigant in court that could hold their own with an attorney.

There is no way that you can do this without the assistance of a lawyer. the issues involved are frequently quite complex and your post does not provide enough information to offer any suggestions.
