house under both names
my fiance and i purchased an home together. i put up the earnest money for the home. i started an conventional loan and it ended up being an Va loan which knock my name off the house. my name is on the orginally contract but not on the deed of the home when he did the va loan. he no longer wants to get married and he wants me out of the house do i have 2 legs to stand on and what are my rights to the house.

You really need to find an attorney (and a good one) specializing in real estate law. There are many things to consider here, such as if you've been paying part of the mortgage and if this can be documented. Talk to an attorney about such things as recording a lis pendens and maybe pursuing a declaratory judgment action to determine what your stake in the house is.
