Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Illinois

My husband was having an affair the girl called and told me because he broke it off she also called my daughter and has ruined our relationship but it endedll ed me and then my daughter actually meet me with a old friend of mine but all of a sudden she contacted hi in March 2010 and she told me july 20 and all of a suuden he got a text on Sept 1st he ignore it them we called the police because she is bad and has a record so everything is at the police station. But Sept 10th is when the police came over and he daid text her back and he did she went back and forth played dump tring to get him to call When he text her not to contact us anymore she texted back lost man in my life then said(Phil my son passes awaydon't wantanyone else in my life anymore) However he is on facebook and the police even said he is alive. So I tried to get him to except me as a friend he would but some of his friend w\did can I say please tell jeff we glad hes ok his mom text Phil on sept. 10 and say what she said in quotes the police said I could do it on his but hasns;t answered if I can put it on a friends I'd rather do that or can I send a card to his house that he's ok. Also the same day the text was done Phil had fb since 2008 and can't get into it but his picture were updated onthat same day I did not have a fb until 10-18-10 and fb will not help him get in he canceled all emails but someon e has them she is weird and was a hooker and I don't trust her mainly I want to know if I canget in trouble but putting it on fb of his friend I don'y even have to say teell Jeff I can just say I'm so glad Jeff ok and then say what her text siad Please answer what I can do to get the message across without getin myself or us in any trouble Phil & Deb If you could answer as soon as you can I can't pay my husband had a brain tumor and I had a Kidney Transplant
