Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Illinois

I am in illinois and my sister purchased a vehicle fully in her name gave it to me and allowed me to make the payments. i did this for 11 months+ i paid a $ 2500 down payment. she was worried about being able to get a vehicle of her own and began to complain so i told her not to worry you can take this one. since it is in her name fully loan,plates & all. she is now trying to sue me for $500 because i returned the vehicle to her mid month (when she asked me for it mind you) and she had a note due. can she win? nothing i mean absolutely nothing involved with that vehicle is in my name.

It's hard to answer your question. What do you mean she had a note due? For $500, the two of you should really be able to work this out without wasting time and money in court.
