keeping a non-profit club's name
We started a non-profit club over 3 years ago. Recently 10 members went behind our backs to create a different club using our original name. What can we do to keep our name as is, with the club as is, so that the ones stirring up trouble can't use it as their club?

They may have violated trade name law. Contact an attorney to see if they have. If they have, send them a cease and desist letter.
