Can a Law Firm/Partnership escape liability via Dissolution in the middle of lit

Complaint brought against a law firm/partnership (not LLC) name only, not against individual partners. The partnership dissolved itself during the litigation. Judgment entered against the law firm/partnership entity. Are the former individual partners each jointly and severally liable for the judgment?
