Lawsuit settlement during divorce

I am in the process of a bitter divorce. There was a lawsuit that supposedly got settled based on fraudulent practices by our home's builder. Now my husband won't give me any info on the case. How can I look up the case to tell if any settlement was done?

It depends on whether the case was in federal or state court, and either way, which court. They all work differently.

Have your divorce lawyer send discovery to your husband's attorney regarding the lawsuit.
