Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Illinois
I am in Lee County, IL and have been served with an Emergency Civil No Contact Order. I received the Order itself, the Petition and the Summons. I noticed, though, although the Order IS signed by the judge, underneath this it says:
"I hereby certify that this is a true and correct copy of the original Order on file with the court." And then a place for the Clerk to sign, date and stamp. The Clerk did NONE of these- the Order is not signed, stamped with the Court's Seal, nor dated. Does this make the Order invalid? If so, how would I go about getting it dismissed on those grounds?

No. All that means is that you were not served with a certified copy of the order.
