If a foul ball from an organized little league baseball game goes out of the ball park and hits a passing car on a public street, is anybody at fault? i.e. parent of the minor, coach, organization, etc.

Hello. I have given careful

thought to your question,

and in my opinion there is

a possibility that the

organization hosting the

event could be sued. The

legal trend in this type

of situation has changed to

allow people to recover

where they have been injured

by minors, under the supervision of adults.
