Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Illinois
I live in S. Streator, IL. and we have been forced to accept a sewer upgrade(here in the mobile home park) that is going to take 20 years to pay off..the owners of the park are making us pay for this through our water bill. Which is added to what we already pay for our water, the owners do not pay for anything except garbage. The IPEA and Reading Township are behind this, is there anything we can do legally to stop this $39.00 charge being added to us and make the owners pay for it?
