Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Illinois

What is Miscellaneous Remedy. I saw this listed on a case and I googled it with not answer.

It is a remedy which is, well, miscellaneous. Seriously. Most courts have divisions, such as small claims, arbitration, chancery, law, etc. In an MR case, the plaintiff is seeking relief which does not neatly fit in to any of those categories.
