Molested Child

My son was molested by my a family member in Chicago Ill. I would like to sue this family member for having done this to my son. My son is currently in therapy and was having trouble as a child after the incident occured and had to spend 10 days in a mental institution. What are my legal options in sueing this family member for having done this to my son? I submitted this question once before but lost the names of those who responded.

If your son is still a minor, you can sue on his behalf. Get a lawyer immediately to help you handle this properly.
