nieghbor suing us over broken window

our son and the nieghbors son were playing baseball..... My son through the ball and thier son missed the ball and the car window got broke. are we 100% responsible for the damage???

Under common law theory, you are responsible for the consequences of the actions of your child, whether tortious or criminal.
