Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Illinois
Can a non US citizen bring a legal action in a state, against a foreign company that is REGISTERED as a company in the same state, where a business contract was signed between the two ? I am seeking a breach of contract claim - Thank you.

Yes--there are no restrictions on a non-US citizen to file a lawsuit against anyone else.
