Options For Dealing With An Abandoned Vehicle?

I may end up having an abandoned semi trailer on a piece of property that I own. I am anticipating that the legal owner of the trailer will not remove it, and would like to know what options are available to me.

How do you end up with a trailer on your property without your consent? Have the thing towed.

Notify the owner and request them to remove the trailer. Give them 30 days to do. Make sure you say in you letter that if they don't remove it, you will do so at their expense.

If nothing happens, remove the trailer, send them the bill. (You may never get paid...but, it is worth the try).
