Are parents open to lawsuits leins on property if a children of age commits a crime?

This is too vague, but yes there are some parental responsibility laws making parents liable for fines imposed because their children have committed certain crimes, and those fines could ripen into liens. You'd have to be much more specific for anyone to give you any clearer answer.
