not sure what part of law this falls under
My brother in law was turned down for cancer treatment by his insurance company. We are planning to do an e-mail campaign against the insurance company. Is this by anyway against the law? If so what could be the charges?

no liability, you should hire an attorney to look into a possible wrongful denial of claims. good luck.
