use of my name without my permission

my last name is being used as the title to a song an album,and a tour by a well known rap artist, i know this sounds petty,but to put my name out there like that,i feel i should at the very least receive some type of compensation for it.any help or representation of;is much apreciated.

I am going to assume that your last name is not copyrighted or trademarked and if that is the case you are not entitled to anything.
